Deploy Branch "docs" is not allowed to deploy to github-pages due to environment protection rules.

在项目的 docs 分支中使用 VitePress 搭建文档系统，想要使用 Github Actions 部署为 Github Page，代码推送到仓库，但是 Github Action 运行失败了。
